  15. Limited Warranty

  17. If you bought this computer program copy (the "Software") at one of our 
  18. authorized outlets, then you own it, just as you own a book or compact disc 
  19. when you pay for it.  It's yours to use, or sell to someone else If you get
  20. tired of it.

  22. As the owner of an authorized Software copy, you have certain rights under U.S. 
  23. copyright law.  You may:

  25.   - install and use the Software on a single computer.
  26.  
  27.   - sell this copy of the Software to someone else, provided 
  28.     you remove it from your own computer.
  29.  
  30.   - make backup copies of the Software for your own use, in
  31.     case your master copy is damaged or destroyed.

  33. Copying or reselling this software for any other reason or by any other means 
  34. is a violation of U.S. copyright law.  Do not be fooled by our sensible price.  
  35. This is not shareware nor is it public domain software.

  37. We reserve all other rights to the Software, including the rights to copy it,

  40. 1. What the Warranty Covers

  44.       Sofsource, Inc. warrants that the physical disk(s) containing the 
  45.       Software are free from physical defects in materials and 
  46.       workmanship for the period stated below.  If these materials were 
  47.       damaged before delivery, we may replace them or refund your money 
  48.       at our sole option.

  52.       Sofsource, Inc. warrants that the disk(s) contained in this 
  53.       package contain one complete copy of the Software described 
  54.       on the package.  If any such Software is not contained on 
  55.       any disk(s) in this package, we may replace the disk(s) or 
  56.       refund your money at our sole option.

  58. 2. Period of Coverage:

  60.    All warranties are good for thirty (30) days after the date you 
  61.    purchase this Software copy.  This means if you require warranty 
  62.    service, you must deliver the product back to us within the thirty 
  63.    (30) day warranty period.

  65. 3. What We Do to Correct Problems:

  67.    Send back all materials you believe are defective, together with proof 
  68.    of purchase and a written description of the defect. At our option, we 
  69.    will either replace the defective disk(s) or manual(s), or give you a 
  70.    full refund of the purchase price.  We may keep all replaced items, and 
  71.    all items for which we give you a refund.  Or, feel free to call the 
  72.    Technical Support Hot Line listed on the outside of the box.

  85.    Except for the above, all disks, software and accompanying written 
  86.    materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.  Any 
  87.    and all implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied
  88.    warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, 
  89.    are limited to the thirty (30) day express warranty period stated above.

  91.    Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty 
  92.    lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

  94.    Sofsource, Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential, special or
  95.    punitive damages arising out of use or inability to use this product.
  96.    Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or 
  97.    consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not 
  98.    apply to you.
